HOMEMADE LEMON POUND CAKE




If you love lemon, you've gotta try this lemon pound cake recipe! Whether served with afternoon tea or as a dessert after a big meal.

FOR THE RECIPE:

--We mix 5 large eggs, 1 cup unsalted butter and 3 cups sugar using an electric mixer. set a side
--Sift 3 cups all-purpose flour + 1 tbsp baking powder
--Beat at low speed adding 1 cup whole milk and 1 lemon zest and 6 tbsp lemon juice.
- perheat oven to 350 F
- put the mixture into prepared pan with some butter and flour
- bake your delicious cake about 40 min
