Homemade Caramel Sauce

This Homemade Caramel Sauce is easy to make and perfect for topping on cheescakes, ice creams, pancakes .... etc.
All you need is:
✔︎ 1 cup of HALF AND HALF .
✔︎ 1 cup Brown Sugar.
✔︎ 2 tesapoons of pure vanilla extract.
✔︎ 2/3 cup butter.

✔︎ Mix all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, whisking constantly.
✔︎ Let it chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
✔︎ Remove it and you can use it for toppping.
