No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars




These No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Bars are the quickest, tastiest, no bake cookies you'll ever eat though.
INGREDIENTS:
➤ 1 cup softened butter.
➤ half cup packed brown sugar.
➤ 3 cups rolled oats.
➤ 1 cup dark shocolate chips.
➤ ¾ cup chunky peanut butter.
➤ 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder.
➤ 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
➤ A pinch of salt.
INSTRUCTIONS:
➤ STEP I : Line a baking dish with parchement paper, set aside.
➤ STEP II : Combine the butter, vanilla, and brown sugar in a medium saucepan over  low heat, until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
➤ STEP III : Add cnnamon powder, oats and apinch of salt, cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
➤ STEP IV : Pour half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing down.
➤ STEP V : Melt chocolate chips and the peanut butter in a small microwave safe bowl.
➤ STEP VI : Pour the chocolate mixture over the pressed oats, and reserve 2 tbsp for drizzling.
➤ STEP VII : For topping use  the remaining oats and melted chocolate.
Let it chill in refrigerator for 5 hours, then. serve it.
