PECAN PIE COBBLER





If you can't decide which dessert to make, this DELICIOUS PECAN PIE is the best one.
So much easier and quick to make than a pie .
INGREDIENTS :
✔︎ 1/2 cup melted butter.
✔︎ 2 cups packed light brown sugar.
✔︎ 5 large  beaten eggs.
✔︎ 2 cups and half light cornsyrup.
✔︎ 2 cups chopped pecans.
✔︎ 2 cups pecan halves.
✔︎ 3 tablespoons pure vanilla extract.
✔︎ Butter-flavor cooking spray.
✔︎ 1 Box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box.
✔︎ And Vanilla ice cream, if desired. (It's just for topping ).
- INSTRUCTIONS :
✔︎ STEP I : Prehet oven to 400 degrees F , and grease glass baking dish using cooking spray.
✔︎ STEP II : Place crust in dish; trim edges to fit.
✔︎ STEP III : In a medium bowl, combine together beaten eggs, vanilla extract, butter, brown sugar, and cornsyrup , mix well . Then add chopped pecans.
✔︎ STEP IV : Spoon half of filling into the crust, then remove second pie crust from pouch, and place crust over filling.
✔︎ STEP V : Spray crust with Butter-flavor cooking spray, and bake for about 15 minutes.
✔︎ STEP VI : When the crust is browned , spoon remaining filling over baked crust and arrange pecans halves on top. Return to the oven for 30 more minutes.
✔︎ STEP VII : Remove it from oven and let it cool for 20 minutes/
✔︎ STEP VIII : NOW IT'S TIME FOR TOPPPING , use vanilla ice cream.
