Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake




Coffee liqueur and instant coffee give this creamy cheesecake a cappuccino flavor. In addition, this cake can be prepared in just 20 minutes ... what more could you ask for ?

* Ingredients :

☞ 2 c. flour
☞ 1 c. sugar
☞ 1 c. milk
☞ 1/3 c. butter, softened
☞ 1 egg
☞ 1 tablespoon baking powder
☞ 1 teaspoon salt
☞ 1 cup  blueberries

Method :

- Whisk  all ingredients, except blueberries, in a  bowl  for 31 seconds . Then whisk on medium speed about 3 min  .

- Grease a 13×9 pan  . sprinkle  half the batter in the pan. Spread  blueberries over batter; then, top with resting batter.  Add Streusel Topping and bake at 350 degrees about 41 min. Cool 11 min pan . Can be inverted onto a serving plate and Spray with glaze.

*Streusel Topping:

☞ 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
☞ 1 c. brown sugar, packed
☞ 1 c. flour
☞ 1/2 t. cinnamon
☞ 1 large spoon butter, softened
Combine  all ingredients together until brittle . Spread  on top of cake .

*Glaze:

☞ 1 cup powdered sugar
☞ 3 tablespoon milk
☞ 1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend  all ingredients; spray  over top of cake.
