Easy Cinnamon Roll Bread





Best cinnamon roll bread recipe ever!! Easy and quick to make, you'll never go back to another recipe if you try this one.
To make it, you'll need the following ingredients:
➤ FOR THE BREAD:
➤ 2 cups all-purpose flour.
➤ 1 cup of almond milk.
➤ 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
➤ 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt.
➤ 1 tbsp baking powder.
➤ 2 tsp vanilla extract.
➤1/2 tsp salt.
➤ FOR THE GLAZE:
➤ 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
➤ 3 tsp milk.
➤ THE SWIRL:
➤ 1/3 cup granulated sugar.
➤ 2 tsp cinnamon.
➤ 2 tbsp melted butter.
INSTRUCTIONS:
➤  STEP 1 -  Preheat oven to 370℉. And grease with 1 tbsp of butter glass loaf pan.
➤  STEP 2 - In a bowl, whisk the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder, and set aside.
➤  STEP 3 - In another bowl, beat the egg with milk, vanilla, extract, and greek yogurt. Add it to the flour mixture, stirring well until combined.
➤  STEP 4 - Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
➤  STEP 5 - Mix the swirl ingredients and spread on the top of the bread, and use a knife to swirl it a couple of times into the batter.
➤  STEP 6 - Bake for at least 45 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let it cool on the rack.
➤  STEP 7 - Meanwhile, mix all the glaze ingredients until smooth, and drizzle it over the bread when it's completely cool.
