Great cocktail meatballs




Small cocktail beef balls in a "punched" sauce Perfect as an appetizer, they are all the rage wherever I take them.

* Ingredients

☞ ½ cup ketchup
☞ ¼ cup brown sugar
☞ 2 tbsp Prepared mustard
☞ 1 tbsp Soy sauce
☞ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
☞ 20 cooked veal meatballs, fresh or frozen

* Preparation

In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the meatballs. Bring to a boil, stirring, and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Add the meatballs and cook slowly, stirring frequently, until heated through and well coated with sauce, about 5 minutes. Serve the meatballs on a serving plate or bowl with toothpicks. ENJOY !
