Rich Banana Bread

Don't throw away your bananas! Make a quick and easy banana bread recipe that uses your frozen or ripe bananas and Hellmann's mayonnaise for a super moist and delicious taste!

* Ingredients:

☞ 1 egg
☞ 1 cup granulated sugar
☞ 3 bananas, ripe, medium, mashed
☞ 1/2 cup Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
☞ 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
☞ 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
☞ 2 teaspoons of baking powder
☞ 1/2 teaspoon of salt

* Preparation:

1 - PREHEAT the oven to 180 ° C. Butter a  loaf pan.
2 - In a large bowl, beat  the egg and  Add the sugar, bananas, mayonnaise and vanilla, beating until well combined.
3 - In medium bowl, combine  flour, baking powder / salt. Stir in banana mixture, stirring until well blended. Distribute the preparation in the prepared pan and smooth the top.
4 -  bake  about one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool on a rack for 15 minutes, then unmold and let cool totally .
