Strawberry Heaven Pudding

SUMMER is the best season to make delicious desserts, today’s recipe is one of the freshest and creamy desserts I’ve ever tasted, with fresh strawberries. IT’S SUPER DELICIOUS, GIVE IT A TRY !!
– 1 angel food cake.
– 1 container cool whip.
– 2 cups cream cheese.
– 1 cup granulated sugar.
– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract.
– 1 cup of fresh sliced strawberries.
– 3 tbsp cornstarch.
– 1 tbsp lemon juice.
– 1 cup of water.
– 1 PKG strawberry gelatin dessert.
– STEP 1- In a medium saucepan, combine 1/2 cup of sugar, strawberry gelatin, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice. Cook over low to medium heat, until the mixture comes thick. Let it cool for 3 minutes and add sliced strawberries.
– STEP 2- Tear angel food cake into 1-inch pieces and toss with 2 cups of the Cool Whip. Then press into a medium pan, and set aside.
– STEP 3- Combine cream cheese with the remaining sugar and vanilla, beat using an electric hand mixer until smooth. Stir in remaining Cool whip.
– STEP 4- Spread the mixture over the cake layer. Then pour strawberries mixture, and place the pan in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours before serving.
