- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

- 1 (250g) tub of cool whip

- 1/3 cup lemon or lime juice

- 1 8 ounce (250g) package of cream cheese.


1. First of all, leave the cream cheese out for a couple hours at room temperature to soften.

2. The cream cheese will become soft and smooth.

3. Make sure you create a smooth texture.

4. You will create horrible lumps of cream cheese that will ruin the flavor of this pie if you did't create a smooth texture.

5. After that, your cream cheese sould spread easily with a plastic spatula.

6. Mix all before mentioned ingredients, in a mixing bowl.

7. Make sure the lemon or lime juice comes last.

8. The reaction of the citrus juice will immediately harden your mixture.

9. Blend well on low speed with a hand mixer. Please make sure all ingredients are incorporated, about 2 mins.

10. Once all ingredients are incorporated, pour mixture into a waiting graham crust or for those of us that can’t have the gluten, I opt for muffin cups.

11. Lastly, refrigerate for 1 to 1/2 and viola.
