Almond Joy Cookies

The biscuit made in US can be enjoyed with tea or with a bowl of hot milk. Classic ... but greedy.

* Ingredients:

° 150g Slivered almonds
° 150g Wheat flour type 55
° 125g Brown sugar
° 100g Chocolate chips (dark, white, milk)
° 100g Butter
° 1 whole egg
° 0.5 sachet Baking powder
° 1 pinch Salt

* Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Combine the dice butter with  brown sugar.
Mix the flour with the flaked almonds, baking powder and salt. Add to the bowl with the chocolate chips and the whole broken egg.
Combine to get a similar paste.
Shape 2 tubes of the same size and cut them into slices.
Lightly flatten each slice and place them at regular intervals on a baking sheet lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
Bake for 10 min.
