On the occasion of the Chinese New Year, I
offer you a delicious caramel chicken recipe, the sauce is as smooth as you
want, it coats the meat with its pretty amber color and reveals its sweet

* Ingredients:
° 4 boneless chicken thighs
° 2 cloves garlic
° 1 inch-sized piece of ginger
° 60 milliliters of soy sauce
° 30 milliliters of nuoc-mam sauce
° 8 c. powdered sugar
° 20 centiliters of water
* Preparation:
1.
Skin
garlic also ginger & finely cut up them .
2.
Cut the chicken into pieces.
3.
In a large pan, pour the sugar and
caramelize it.
4.
Add the garlic and the ginger then mix.
5.
Add the chicken pieces, soy sauce and
nuoc-mam sauce.
6.
Mix gently then pour in the water.
7.
Reduce over medium heat until the sauce
coats the chicken.
8.
Serve with white rice.
