It is just as delicious for gourmets for
breakfast as for afternoon tea.
* Ingredients :
*For the Cake :
° 1 can condensed milk
° 1 can evaporated milk
° 1 cup coconut milk
° 2 grams flour
° 1/2 cup sugar
° 3 large whole eggs
° 3 large spoon margarine
* For the Icing :
° 1 cup coconut milk
° 2 large spoon sugar
° 1 cup shred coconut
* How to make it :
*For the Cake:
Mix
all ingredients for cake in a blender.
Place in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350ºF until golden brown, 31 to 61
min depending on the oven.
Put a toothpick to verify doneness. If it
comes out clean, take cake of oven.
*For the Icing:
Put
coconut milk, sugar & grated coconut in apan, moving sometimes . adduce to a boil, allow it cooled
a bit, and pour on hot cake . The icing blending will look like condensed milk
while finished .
