Chocolate twinkie cake

* Ingredients:

° 200 g of dark chocolate for dessert
° 100 g of butter
° 3 eggs
° 13 c. tablespoon of sugar
° 2 c. tablespoon flour
° 1 c. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
° 1 bag of vanilla sugar

* Preparation:

Preheat oven at 180 ° C

In a pot, melt  chocolate with  butter and set apart .

In a bowl, mix the eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla sugar and add the melted chocolate. Mix well.
4.
Butter and flour a springform pan and pour in the dough. Bake 25 minutes to obtain a fondant or 35 for a well-cooked but soft cake.
