Cinnamon Roll Bites With Cream Cheese Frosting

I was eating cinnamon rolls but wasn't going to have time to prepare them. So I wanted to make those pretty little pieces of cinnamon! They are so simple and amazingly tasty to make. You should have them out with your kids! They enjoy it. Great for cake, finger food for your kids at a picnic, or lunch! Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea at them!

To make you'll need the following ingredients:
  For The Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour.
- 3/4 cup cold milk.
- 1/2 cup cold butter.
- 1 tablespoon baking powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  For The Cinnamon Coating:
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  For The Frosting:
- 3 tablespoons almond milk.
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese.
- 3 tablespoons white sugar.
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
1_ Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2_ In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
3_ Slice the cold butter into small cubes and add to the dry ingredients.
4_ When slicing butter and mixing with flour, add cold milk and mix well before all dough ingredients are mixed. Put the dough on one side, blend cinnamon, granulated white sugar, and brown sugar in a separate bowl. Mix well till the cinnamon is spread equally.
5_ Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls, brush the balls with a combination of cinnamon-sugar. Put the covered balls in a buttered pie tin.
6_ Bake for 25 to 30  minutes. It should be golden brown and crispy. Take your cinnamon balls out of the oven and set aside to let them cool.
7_ Meanwhile prepare the frosting: Combine melted cream cheese, lemon juice, butter, honey, and maple syrup in a bowl. Mix well when cooling.
8_ Drizzle the frosting over the cinnamon balls and let it dry before serving.
