Crispy Crunchy Parmesan Potatoes

For brunch or to accompany your main dishes, this potato recipe will delight your guests without taking too much of your time.

* Ingredients:

° 1/2 cup  parmesan light Grated Cheese
° 1 c. garlic powder
° 8 small Yukon Gold potatoes, halved lengthwise
° 3 c. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted

* Preparation:

Step 1
Heat the oven to 400ºF.
2nd step
Combine cheese and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
Step 3
Dip the cut side of the potatoes in the margarine, then in the cheese mixture. Place them, garnished side down, on a baking sheet; Drizzle with the rest of the margarine.
Step 4
Bake 30 to 35 min. Or until potatoes are tender.
