Easy Loaded Potato Bites – The Perfect Weeknight Meal Share

Another way to eat potatoes, with a small mixed salad it goes very well !!

* Ingredients:

° 3 large baking potatoes (500 g)
° 4 slices of liver in terrine of 40g
° 1 egg
° 50 g of butter
° salt and pepper

* Preparation:

Wash the potatoes and bake them in the oven at 180 ° C (thermostat 6) for 30 minutes. Take the flesh of the potatoes, add 50 g of butter and the whole egg. Mix, salt and pepper.
Butter 4 small molds and garnish them with the mixture. Bake the small mussels in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 ° C (thermostat 7).
Take out of the oven, let cool, unmold and place a slice of foie gras on each bite.
