Once fried, you can garnish this loaf with
shredded meat and vegetables.
* Ingredients:
° 300 g of flour
° 10 g fresh baker's yeast
° 1 c. to c. salt or fine salt
* Preparation:

In a bowl, pour the flour, place the salt
on one side and the diluted yeast on the other, diluted in a little lukewarm
water.

Mix, and add water until the dough comes
off the bowl. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

Degass and divide the dough into 6 identical
balls. Flour and flatten them to give them this slightly rounded shape. Leave
to rise for another 20 minutes.

In a hot pan, add a little oil and cook the
breads on each side. Watch the cooking, it cooks very quickly.
