Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet


A seasonal recipe with just seared lamb steak with a garnish of potatoes and mushrooms.

° 1 large spon of oil

° 3 tablespoons of butter

° 1 pound potatoes, cut into wedges or bite-size pieces

° 1 pound of steak

° salt and pepper to flavor

° 4 garlic cloves, chopped

° 1 pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)




Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the potatoes and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 15 minutes, before setting aside.

Add the steak, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, to the pan and cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Join garlic & red pepper fleece and cooking until perfumed, for a minute.
