Indian fry bread recipe

* Ingredients :

* How to prepare :


1- In a deep iron skillet or heavy skillet, heat about 1 inch of oil to 350 Fahrenheit. If you don't have a thermometer, dip the end of the wooden spoon handle into the oil. The oil should flow around it fairly steadily when it's ready. Another method is the popcorn method. Put the popcorn kernel in the oil. It will float to the surface when the oil reaches 350 ° F to 360 ° F.


 2- Meantime, mix flour, baking powder also salt in a bowl. And blend well until all ingredients are blended .


3- Add milk and stir until the dough sets together. Knead 3 or 4 times on a floured surface.


4- Divide the dough into four uniform pieces and shape each into a ball.


5- Spread each dough ball with the massager onto a floured surface.


6- Then add one or two in the oil, depending on the width of the pan, fry them for two minutes, or until they become light brown.


7- Lay the fried bread on paper towels.
