Loaded Baked Potato Casserole



Potatoes make the best side dish and once you're done with this one you have to try my other favorites like this Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Casserole.


* Ingredients :


° 6 large red potatoes

° 1/4 cup unsalted butter

° 4 oz of cream cheese

° 2/3 cup sour cream

° 1/2 cup of milk

° 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

° salt and pepper to taste

° 2 cups of cheddar cheese

° 1 1/2 cup bacon cooked

° 1/4 cup green onions


* Instructions :


Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 9 × 13 saucepan with non-stick cooking spray.


Wash, peel, dice the potatoes and place them in a large saucepan. Covering with water & boil until  potatoes are tend .


Drain your potatoes and gently return them to your now empty pot. Gently stir in butter, cream cheese, sour cream and milk.


Finally, gently add the garlic powder, salt and pepper along with 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese and 1 cup of bacon. Pour this to prepared casserole plate .


Summit your potatoes with rest cheese also bacon . Baking for 26 to 31 min .


Remove your casserole dish from the oven and garnish with green onions and serve.
