NANA'S AMERICAN CHOP SUEY

It's the Perfect Meal for Comfort. 

THIS IS SO AMAZING That IT FEEDS A CROWD Of FAMILY. 

INGREDIENTS: 

- 1Kg ground beef/turkey. 

- 2 cans tomato sauce

- 2 cups elbow macaroni.

- 2 cups and half water.

- 2 cans diced tomatoes.

- 2 minced garlic cloves.

- 1 small green bell pepper, diced.

- 1 small red bell pepper, diced.

- 1 large onion, diced.

- 1 tsp sugar.

- salt and pepper to taste.

- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning.

- 1 tbsp Adobo Seasoning.

- 1 tbsp seasoned salt.

- 1/2 tbsp black pepper.

- 1/2 cup beef broth.

- 1/3 cup of olive oil.

- 3 bay leaves.

DIRECTIONS:

 - STEP 1: Saute your ground beef in a wide pan over medium-high heat in a skillet until HALF cooked, remove from the flame. 

  - STEP 1: Add the garlic, onions, peppers, and olive oil until the meat is completely cooked and the peppers are softened. 

  - STEP 1: Season with water and broth, tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, Italian spices, bay leaves, salt, pepper, sugar, and adobo. Healthy balance. 

  - STEP 1: Lower heat and cover-Allow to simmer, stirring regularly, for around 20 minutes. 

  - STEP 1: Remove the uncooked elbow macaroni to the skillet and whisk well until all is incorporated 

 - STEP 1: Again cover and allow to cool for about 30 minutes 

 - STEP 1: Take off the bay leaves from heat once cooked.
