SEAFOOD SALAD RECIPE

 


I love a healthy lunch salad, a fast orzo salad, ramen noodle salad, or this irresistible seafood salad, I always whip up. In so many different styles, this salad can be eaten and it often gets positive reviews.

YOU'LL NEED: 

+ 1­2 stalks celery, finely chopped.

+ 400g crab meat.

+ 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

+ 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning.

+ 1/2 tsp dill.

+ salt and pepper, to taste.

HOW TO MAKE IT??! 

- STEP 1- Separate the crab into individual bits and cut into 1/2-inch parts.

- STEP 2- Add to a medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients, and stir gently until well mixed. 

- STEP 3- Serve directly, or cover it, and store it in the fridge. 

If you have no Old Bay, use a mix of celery, paprika, and a pinch of salt. 

Actually, it's too easy to make it in your kitchen! And surely, your family will love it!!
