Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls With Lemon Cream Cheese Glaze

Pleasant strawberry rolls of cinnamon made of Lucky Leaf and a simple quick dough! In no time at all, they will be in the oven!
- 3 cups and a quarter of flour.
- Three quarters cup of milk.
- A quarter cup of water.
- a third cup softened butter.
- A quarter cup white sugar.
- 2 teaspoon instant yeast.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- An egg.
- 1 large can of Lucky Leaf Strawberry Pie Filling.
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar.
- 1 cup powdered sugar.
- 1 cup of cream cheese.
- 1/2 cup half and half.
- 3 tablespoons butter.
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- One lemon zest.
I- Add the milk and butter to a small saucepan over medium-low heat,  until the butter has melted and removed from the fire.  Let the temperature stand until lukewarm.
II- Whisk together 2.1⁄4 cups of flour, white sugar, yeast, and salt into a large mixing bowl and knead your dough in a stand mixer.
III- Add the egg and the warm water and combine before the mixture starts to combine. Gradually add 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of whole milk in the mixture before the dough begins to shape and become soft. Let the dough rest for about ten minutes covered by a warm cover.
IV- Roll the dough into a wide square on a gently floured board. And pour the strawberry filling pie on top, covering the dough equally.
V- Combine cinnamon and sugar in a separate bowl and scatter on top of the filling of strawberry. Turn the 15 "side up into a log and pinch the seams. Then break the cinnamon rolls into 11 slices and place in a  greased dish, cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
VI- Preheat oven to 37degrees F, and bake for 25 minutes or just until the rolls change their color to a golden brown.
VII- For glazing: Mix the cream, butter, and powdered sugar together, and beat on a low level. To combine, add the half and half, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and one lemon zest.
And now it's ready to be used, frost over the warm rolls, sprinkle more cinnamon over the top, and enjoy them with a hot cup of coffee.
