Banana lemon loaf

 



 

The best banana bread I've eaten! It is so easy to prepare, nothing complicated !! A great way to spend your bananas that have become a little overripe.

 

  At lunch or as a snack, it will undoubtedly be quickly gobbled up by the whole family!

 

* Ingredients:

 

° 1 2/4 cups flour

° 2 c. baking powder

° 1/4 tsp. salt

° 1/4 tsp. baking soda

° 2/3 cup sugar

° 1/3 cup butter

° 1 egg

° 3 bananas, mashed

° 1 Cup lemon juice

 

* Preparation:

 

In a large bowl, mash the bananas and add the lemon juice.

 

In a small separate bowl, combine the butter, sugar and egg and add to the first mixture.

 

Blend all  other dry ingredients in a detach bowl.

 

Progressively  add  dry ingredients to  first blending, take care to blend very well.

 

Baking at 350 degrees ° F for 54 to 61 minutes.
