Cauliflower is one of the vegetables that
is distinguished by its distinctive shape and white color, and is known by more
than one name such as the flower, it has great benefits in general, but
recently it has been used in diet regimens to lose weight, which has met with
great success due to its terrible results, as it is rich in a high set of
important vitamins,
This includes vitamin C, B vitamins, and a
host of natural fibers and proteins.
* Ingredients :
° 1 head cauliflower
° 1 head broccoli
° 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
° 1 tablespoon minced garlic
° 1 shallot, thinly sliced
° 2
cups unsweetened almond milk
° 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° black pepper, to flavor
* Preparation :
1-
kernel & chop cauliflower also broccoli.
2 - Adduce a large pot water to a boil
& cooking cauliflower also broccoli about 9 11 min. Drainage also set apart
.
3- While cauliflower & broccoli are cooking, heating a little
skillet onlow heat. Add oil, garlic & shallot & cooking about 6-7 min

Employ either a high-powere mixer, or an immersion mixer in a large
stockpot, Mix together cook cauliflower/ broccoli/ shallot blendig, milk &
cheese.
5 - Mix on high until soft, & seasoning
with salt also black pepper.
