Creamy macaroni and cheese casserole

  


Pasta with cream and cheese, cream cheese pasta is delicious and distinctive, you can choose any type of pasta you like and this recipe contains mashed tomatoes, several types of cream cheese, mozzarella from Frico, Parmesan and delicious hot pepper flavor .

 

 

* Ingredients :

 

° ¼ cup olive oil

° A kilo of peeled tomatoes

° 1 tablespoon minced garlic

° ½ teaspoon hot red pepper

° 1 lb pasta

° Salt and black pepper to taste

° 100 g cream cheese cut into small pieces

° 2 cups of frico mozzarella cheese

° 1 cup grated parmesan

 

* How to prepare :

 

 

We heat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, then put the peeled tomatoes in a food processor and turn it on until the mixture becomes smooth.

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over a medium to high heat, then add the garlic and hot red pepper and stir for two minutes, then add the tomato mixture, and after it boils, reduce the heat and leave the ingredients on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture becomes a little thick.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions of the envelope, then filter it and put it under cold water, then drain it again and put it in a large bowl.

We add cream cheese to the sauce until it melts, then remove the sauce from the heat and add salt and pepper.

Pour 1 cup of the sauce into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, spread it in a layer, then sprinkle half the amount of mozzarella frico on top.

We add 3 cups of the sauce, then ½ cup Parmesan to the pasta bowl and stir until flavors are acquired, then add the pasta to the tray and put the rest of the sauce, mozzarella and parmesan on top.

Put the tray in the oven on the upper rack for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts, then brown the face for 3 minutes, then the pasta is ready to be served.
