Donkey balls recipe



The most difficult thing in this recipe is not knowing where ... little balls, copies of real donkey balls


* Ingredients:


° 500 g of flour provide a little more depending on the dough

° 4 eggs

° 1/2 teaspoon of salt

° 2 glasses of sugar

° 100 g of melted margarine or light butter

° 1 sachet of baker's yeast

° 1 glass of lukewarm milk



* Preparaton:


Mix the yeast and the lukewarm

Pour the flour with the salt mixed in

Add sugar

melted margarine

mix everything well and possibly add flour to form a dough like that of bread or brioche

let stand for 2 to 4 hours in a high-sided salad bowl

when the dough is well risen

spread it out on the worktop

flatten it slightly

cut into strips which you cut into pieces

cook in hot oil

and sprinkle with sugar
