* Ingredients:
° Chocolate: 200 g (bitter, chopped)
° Eggs: 5 pieces
° Vanilla: 1 teaspoon (powder)
° Sugar: 1/4 cup
° Vegetable oil: 12 cup
° Flour: 1 cup
° Salt: pinch
* How to prepare :
1. Put
chocolate in glass vessel . Cover
and place in the microwave for two minutes, until soft.
2. Beat the eggs, vanilla and sugar in an
electric kato mixer at maximum speed for 4 minutes.
3. Gradually add chocolate, oil, flour and
salt and beat with a mixer until firm.
4. Wipe a non-stick tray (30 x 20 cm) with
oil. Pour the brownies mixture and rub with a spoon.
5. The tray is placed in a preheated oven
at (150 ° C) for 20 minutes or until it is done.
6. Leave the tray aside to cool down.
7. Cut the mold into 18 equal pieces.
8. Serve hot or cold.
