Lobster is the same as that called shrimp, and it is also called by another well-known name, which is the marine crab, which is one of the marine life that lives in the sea or in salt water and is rare in lakes and fresh water, and it is considered a relatively expensive food, and it has a taste Delicious and special taste, and it can be eaten alone without any additions to it, and it can be prepared in different ways, it can be grilled, fried or boiled, and it is also possible to add some ingredients to it according to what dictates and requires one of the many recipes in which it is cooked, and among the popular recipes in preparing lobster is the following :



* Ingredients  :


° Two fresh pieces of lobster - crab / shrimp - of medium size, which weighs about seven hundred grams per piece.

° 2 teaspoons minced or chopped garlic for very small pieces.

° 1 small onion, finely grated into fine and thin slices.

° 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

° Half a small spoon mixed spices.

° Half one small spoon cumin.

° A quarter of a teaspoon of hot black pepper.

° A quarter of a teaspoon of ground coriander.

° 1 small spoon table salt.

° 1 small spoon ginger powder.

° A some green chili in small, thin slices.


* Preparation method


There are two methods, one is used for grilling, and the other method is used for frying,

 As for the grilling method, it is as follows :

Using sturdy and sharp fish scissors, we cut the toughened pods on the top of the shrimp. We do the process of seasoning the sea crab by mixing it well with garlic, chopped, grated onions, mixed spices, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper, ground coriander, table salt, ginger powder, and sliced ​​green chili peppers, and leave it for at least two hours. After that, we put the previous mixture in the oven on a medium heat for a period of time not less than thirty minutes. After we remove the dish from the fire and empty it in a bowl, we decorate the dish from other rings of sweet green pepper, red radish and onions, and we serve it hot .
