This Old Fashioned Banana Cream Pie is made with simple ingredients and a special process in your home. its a rich, tasty, and creamy dessert.INGREDIENTS

- A 9 inch baked pie crusts.

- 3 large bananas.

- 3 cups whole milk or almond milk. 

- 3⁄4 Cup White Sugar.

- 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour.

- 3 slightly beaten egg yolks.

- 2 tbsp unsalted Butter.

- 1 tsp vanilla.

- 1⁄4 tsp sea salt


+ STEP I+ Scald the almond milk in a large saucepan. Combine sugar with flour and salt in another saucepan, then stir in the scalded milk gradually. 

+ STEP II+ Cook until thickened, over medium heat, stirring frequently. 

Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring from time to time. 

+ STEP III+ Put the 3 egg yolks in a small bowl, slightly beaten, then stir a small amount of the hot mixture into the beaten yolks, stir the yolks into the hot mixture when thoroughly mixed. 

+ STEP IV+ Cook, stirring periodically, for one minute longer. 

+ STEP V+ Remove from the heat and apply the butter and vanilla mixture. 

Let it sit till it's lukewarm. 

+ STEP VI+ Slice bananas and distribute over the pie shell, then pour the warm mixture over bananas.

+ STEP VII+ Let the pie in the fridge for 2 hours, then serve it with your favorite juice.
