Old south coca cola pork loin



The best maple pork tenderloin recipe ... Hmmm :)

                

* Ingredients:

 

° 2 tablespoons of oil or butter

° 2 pork tenderloins of 450 grams

+For the marinade:

° 2 French or Ste-Anne shallots, thinly sliced

° 2 garlic cloves, minced

° 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme

° 1/2 cup (125 mL) maple syrup

° 1/4 cup (65 mL) balsamic vinegar

° 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard

° 2 tablespoons of olive oil

° 1 teaspoon of salt

° 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

° 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

                

                

* Preparation:


In a measuring cup, combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well. Put pork tenderloins in a zip lock bag also cast marinade over them . Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours, or better yet, overnight. Preheated oven 190 ° C . In a saucepan, heat oil. Take out and drain the pork tenderloins. Sear the pork tenderloins for 1 minute on each side, until golden brown. Pour all the marinade over the pork and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Covering with foil & transmise to oven about 16 min . Remove the foil using a spoon to cover the pork tenderloins with the sauce. Bake for 5 minutes or until the thermometer reads 145 ° F. Let stand and serve with the sauce!
