Crepes are a simple and versatile option, whether you are preparing lunch, light dinner, or dessert. For making sweet or savory crepes, this crepe recipe can be used. When making a sweet crepe recipe, sugar and vanilla are added and they are simply left out when packed with savory ingredients such as cheese, meat, and vegetables. The savory crepe batter can also be added with some chopped fresh herbs.

+1+1/2 C.Of all-purpose flour.

+1 C.Of {cold} milk.

+4 large eggs.

+4 TBSP.Of {melted} butter

+1/2 TSP.Of salt.

+Step 1+In a blender, pour the milk and melted butter, add the eggs, one by one mixing well after each addition, then sprinkle the salt and mix well again, till all the ingredients combined.

The dough should be very thin, don't be surprised, that's what we want!!

+Step 2+Cover the dough and put the bowl in the fridge for around 2 hours.

+Step 3+Heat a pancake pan on medium-high heat, if you don't have one, don't let that stop you, you can use just a small pan brushed with oil.

+Step 4+In a tablespoon, scoop out about 2/3 to 3/4 of the dough.

+Step 5+Place in the pan and turn and tilt the pan very quickly with your wrist (a little like a spinning top that is losing momentum), so that the dough spreads uniformly over the pan.

All you want is enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan.

+Step 6+Put the pan in the heat for 1 to 2 minutes. The backdrop should be a little brown.

+Step 7+Gently raise and edge the pancake with a spatula, then dig it under it and turn it over.

+Step 8+Cook another 30 to 90 seconds, depending on the heat of the pan. Then position on a wire rack to cool down for a few minutes before stacking and repeating the process.

+Step 9+It could take a few attempts at first to get the right amount of dough and movement, but once you grasp it, it's fast and simple.
