Shrimp is ready

Today’s recipe for very delicious seafood lovers is the recipe for grilled shrimp with garlic and lemon sauce. It is a distinctive main dish for the family. * Ingredients :


Shrimp and marinades:


° 30 pieces of large shrimp.

° 1 cup extra  olive oil.

° 1/4 cup lemon juice.

° 1 tablespoon minced garlic.

° 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.

° 1 teaspoon salt.

° 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Sauce Ingredients:

° 1/2  butter.

° 1/4 cup extra olive oil.

° 1 clove of finely chopped garlic, about 1/2 tablespoon.

° 1/4 teaspoon salt.

° 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

° 1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel.

° 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion slices.

° 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.

° 1/3 teaspoon red pepper.


* Steps to make grilled shrimp:


Start preparing the shrimp using kitchen scissors or a paring knife to clean the shrimp and make a hole in the back to get rid of the sandbag and clean the shrimp well.

Bring a medium sized bowl and mix each of the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, leeks, parsley, salt, and pepper and mix them together and add the shrimp to this mixture and cover the bowl to cool in the fridge for 1 hour.

Heat the grill for 15 minutes and sprinkle the grill bars with a little olive oil before beginning to place the shrimp on the grill skewers.

Work to remove the shrimp from the seasoning and filter it well from the water, then start by placing the shrimp on the skewers and grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until signs of grilling the shrimp appear.

After grilling the shrimp, be careful to carefully remove it from the skewers to the serving plate. Eat it with sauce, rice or pasta.
