STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT

 



At events, strawberry pretzel salad is still a favorite. Dangerously great, that is! The sweet, salty, and tart mixture makes it addictive. Adults and children enjoy this layered strawberry pretzel cake. 

YOU'LL NEED: 

+ 2 PKG of frozen strawberries

+ 2 PKG of strawberry gelatin. 

+ 2 cups of crushed pretzels

+ 2 cups of boiling water

+ 1 carton of frozen whipped topping.

+ 1 small PKG of softened cream cheese.

+ 1 cup of white sugar+ 3 more tablespoons.  

+ 3/4 cup melted butter.

HOW TO MAKE IT??

+ Step 1- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together the pretzels and melted butter and press in the bottom of the baking plate.

+ Step 2- Cook until set for about 10 to 13 minutes.  

+ Step 3- Cream the cream cheese and white sugar in a large bowl. 

+ Step 4- Add in the whipped topping. Spread the combination over the baked crust. 

+ Step 5- In hot water, remove the strawberry gelatin, stir in the frozen strawberries and allow immediately to set.   

+ Step 6- Spread strawberry mixture over the cream cheese layer, and directly put it in the fridge to set.
