SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

 


For years, I have been searching for a great chocolate cake recipe. I discovered it. My journey has finished. I have got THE formula now. You can certainly recall the scene where the boy is made to eat the most amazing looking chocolate cake ever, whether you have ever seen the film, Matilda. When I eat this cake, I feel just like that boy,

TO MAKE THE CAKES YOU'LL NEED: 

- 1+3/4C. Of all-purpose flour. 

- 1+3/4C. Of white sugar. 

- 1 C. Of whole milk.

- 1C. Of boiling water.

- 1/2C.Of canola oil.

- 3/4C. unsweetened cocoa powder. 

- 1+1/2 tsp. Of baking powder.

- 1+1/2 tsp. Of baking soda.

- 1 tsp. Of salt.

- 2 eggs.

- 2tsp. Of vanilla extract.

DIRECTIONS:

​-STEP 1:Preheat the furnace to 350 ° F. 

-STEP 2:Grease two cake pans or two loaf pans(9-inch). 

-STEP 3:In a large mixing bowl, mix the dried ingredients. 

-STEP 4:Add the eggs, the whole milk, vanilla extract, and canola oil, and beat for 3 minutes or so, until the mix is well combined. 

-STEP 5:Stir in the water(boiling). Your batter is going to be thiiiiin. 

-STEP 6:Onto the prepared pans, pour the batter. 

-STEP 7:Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the inserted wooden pick in the middle comes out clean. 

-STEP 8:Let the cakes cool for 5 minutes. 

-STEP 9:Remove from pans to racks with wire. Absolutely awesome.

TO MAKE THE CHOCOLATE FROSTING, YOU'LL NEED:

- A medium can Of evaporated milk. (12 oz)

- 3/4C. Of sugar.

- 1/2C. Of unsweetened cocoa powder.

- 1/4 C. Of water.

- 2 tbsp. Of all-purpose flour.

- 4 tbsp. Of butter.

DIRECTIONS:

-STEP 1:In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients excluding the butter. 

​-STEP 2:Over a low heat, cook the mixture stirring continuously until dense. 

​-STEP 3:Turn the heat off. 

​-STEP 4:Add in the butter and whisk until it melts. 

​-STEP 5:Cool down for a little while and drizzle over the cake until the cake is fully coated.
