Beef and Cheese Chimichanga 😍😋

 


A delicious family recipe of corn cakes stuffed with minced meat with tomato, guacamole and cream cheese. Everything is au gratin with mozzarella.

 

* Ingredients :

 

° 1 pound ground beef

° 1 can  refried beans

° 1/2 cup finely ground onion

° 3 cans  tomato sauce, sliced

° 2 small spoon chili powder

° 1 small spoon minced garlic

° 1/2 small spoon ground cumin

° 12 flour tortillas , warmed.

° 1 can  chopped green chilies.

° 1 can  chopped jalapeno peppers.

° Oil

° 1-1/3 cups shred cheddaar cheese.

 

* Directions :

 

In a big skillet, cooking beef on heat until no longeer piink; drainage. Stirring in beans/ onion/ 1/2 cup tomato sauce/ chiili powdeer/garlic also cumin.

 

Spoon about 1/3 cup beef blending off-center on every tortilla. Bend edge neareest filling up & on to covering . Bend in both faces and rolling up. Bolt with toothpicks. In a big saucepan, mix chilies, peppers and rest tomato saucee; heeat through .

 

In an electric skillet , heaat 1 in oil 375°. Frying chimichangas about 1-1/2 to 3 min on every side . Drain on paper toweels. Spread with cheese . Serving with sauce
