BROWN SUGAR AND BACON BAKED BEANS

 



Baked beans are a portion of sure comfort food that everyone enjoys, just take them to a whole other degree of awesomeness with this recipe! 

These brown sugar baked bacon beans are beyond basic. The sort of easy stuff that seriously makes your day easier. They're so good that I still make an extraversion. Since getting out of these sweet beans will be a bummer.

Basically, put it all together and cook, it's simple and worth waiting for the taste!


TO MAKE IT, YOU'LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS: 

- Bacon, about 10 halved slices.

- One yellow onion, I diced it finely.

- 1/2 green bell pepper, I diced it finely. 

- A can.Of -54oz- Of pork and beans.

- 4 Tablespoons.Of ketchup.

- 1/4 C.Of molasses.

- 2/3 C.Of brown sugar.

- 1/4 C.Of cider vinegar.

- 2 Teaspoons.Of dry mustard.


STEPS:

-1-Cook bacon halfway through whatever way you want then set aside on a paper towel to drain. 

-2-Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and put the rack in the lower-middle position of the rack. 

-3-Heat approximately 2 Tablespoons of bacon grease or butter over medium heat in a deep skillet. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper, saut√© until softened for around 5 minutes. 

-4-Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to blend. For a minute or so, let the mixture boil. 

-5-Grease a 13.9inch baking dish when the mixture is simmering. 

-6-Pour the beans into the prepared baking dish and lay the beans on top of the fried bacon. 

-7-Depending on your ideal consistency, bake for 2 to 3 hours maximum. 

Until serving, let the beans stand for around 5 minutes.
