CINNAMON BREAD !!

This quick CINNAMON BREAD is sweet, soft, and moist and oh so delicious !! My weakness with tea ❤️❤️❤️. I made this last night and it was all gone for only just a loaf.


TO MAKE THIS RECIPE YOU'LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS :


#Batter:


- 1 cup butter, softened

- 2 cups sugar

- 2 eggs

- 2 cups buttermilk or homemade buttermilk— 2 cups milk plus 2 tablespoons vinegar or

- lemon juice

- 4 cups flour

- 2 teaspoons baking soda


#Cinnamon/sugar mixture:


- 2/3 cups sugar

- 2 teaspoons cinnamon


PREPARATION :


STEP 1 :

Make sure to cream together butter, 2 cups of sugar, and eggs then add milk, flour, and baking soda. Next you may want to put 1/2 of batter (or a little less) into greased loaf pans (1/4 in each pan). And please mix in separate bowl the 2/3 c sugar and cinnamon. Once done, sprinkle 3/4 of cinnamon mixture on top of the 1/2 batter in each pan.


STEP 2 : 

Next you should add remaining batter to pans and then sprinkle with last of cinnamon topping. Swirl using a knife. Now bake at 350 degrees until toothpick tester come clean, about 45 to 50 min. Finally, cool in pan for about 20 minutes before removing from pan. It should make 2 loaves
