° 1 cup unsalted butter

° 2 cups all-purpose flour

° 1 cup white sugar

° 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

° 1 jar of lemon cream

° 2/3 cup grated coconut

° 1/2 cup roasted almonds, crushed

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

In a large bowl, put the butter and blend it well until creamy.

Put the flour, sugar, and baking soda over the butter and stir well.

Put 2/3 of the flour and butter mixture in a tray that can be used in the oven, then put it in the oven for 10 minutes, and set it aside until it cools completely.

Put creamy lemon on the baked dough and roll it out well.

Put coconut on the rest of the flour amount and stir, then put it on top of the creamy lemon.
