CRESCENT CHEESE DANISHES

For a while now, I've been trying to make Danish crescent roll cream cheese, and I'm so pleased about how that turned out. They have a sweet cream cheese center surrounded by flaky crescent rolls and a small sprinkle of cinnamon and a wonderful homemade glaze drizzle that adds a touch of warmth.

INGREDIENTS:

— 1 Small PKG.OF softened “Philly“ cream cheese.

— 2 CRESCENT-ROLL tubes.

— 1/2 CUP.Of white sugar.

— 1/4 CUP.Of light brown sugar.

— 2 TBSP.Of Melted butter.

— 1 TSP.Of vanilla extract.

— 1 TSP.Of lemon juice

TO MAKE THE GLAZE:

— Half CUP.Of powdered sugar.

— 1 TSP.Of pure vanilla extract

— 4 TSP.Of of milk

DIRECTIONS:

— Step 1 —Set the temperature of your oven to 350 degrees F.

— Step 2 —Using a blender to mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice, pure vanilla extract, and the white sugar in a medium bowl until well mixed.

— Step 3 —Open the tubs of crescent rolls. BUT DO NOT UNROLL THEM.

To hack into them, use a sharp knife to slice them, making thick slices.

Then lay the slices on a baking sheet, lined with a parchment-paper.

To produce a thin wall around the outside, use your fingers or a thin measuring cup.

— Step 4 —Take the melted butter and add 1/4 cup of light brown sugar with a whisk and combine.

— Step 5 —Brush the mixture over each Danish, dollop even the filling quantities into each Danish one.

— Step 6 —Bake in the oven for 16 to 20 minutes at 350 until softly golden brown, and let them cool while making the Glaze.

HOW TO MAKE THE GLAZE:

— Step 7 —Combine all 3 ingredients in a small bowl and stir until soft, then drizzle over each warm Danish.

FOR GARNISH YOU CAN USE SOME CHERRIES, WITH THEIR RED COLOR, THEY STILL THE BEST TOPPING FOR THE DANISHES.

Enjoy your danishes!! it's the right time to make them, and serve them with a warm cup of coffee!!
