Italian chocolate crumbled cake Recipe:
Place the flour, sugar, baking powder and a good pinch of salt in a bowl. Whisk
to break up lumps.
* Ingredients:
° 530 g flour
° 200 g of light sugar
° 1 tbsp. level tablespoons of baking
powder (10 g)
° 180 g butter
° 3 eggs
° 1 pinch of salt
° 400 g of chocolate spread
* Preparation:
Place the flour, sugar, baking powder and a
good pinch of salt in a bowl. Whisk to break up lumps. Add the butter. Working
with fingertips to get an even grit . Finally join eggs also knead to possess a
nicely dough.
Crumble a big half of dough to mold .
Pressure down to making a dough base. Covering with drizzle, leave 1 cm all
round. Covering by crumbliing rest of dough, as if to making a crumble. Put
mold in Cake Factory.
Starting prograam P1 about 50 min .
Allow cooled before unmoldiing.
