German Chocolate Cake

If you want to speed up the process a little, start with a packaged cake mix, then top with a high layer of polished chocolate pecans and drizzle of caramel and coconut.

++Cake Ingredients:

° ½ cup of water

° ½ cup of sweets chocolate

° 1 cup softened butter

° 2 cups white sugar

° 4 egg yolks

° 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

° 1 cup buttermilk

° ½ 2 cups flour

° ½ 1 teaspoon salt

° 1 teaspoon baking soda

° 4 egg whites

++ Ingredients (stuffing cake):

° 1 cup white sugar

° 1 cup condensed and evaporated milk (unsweetened)

° ½ cup butter

° 3 egg yolks, beaten

° 1 3/1 cup coconut zest

° 1 cup chopped walnuts

° 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

++ Ingredients (chocolate sauce):

°  ½ 1 teaspoon vegetable fat

 

 

* How to prepare

To prepare the cake filling in a saucepan over a stove, put the butter, sugar and condensed milk and stir until the butter melts

Add the egg yolks and quickly beat until it boils and thickens a little

Remove from heat and add sprinkle of coconut, walnut and vanilla and stir until mixed

In a saucepan over the stove, put the water and the chopped chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts and remove from the heat

To prepare the chocolate sauce in a saucepan over the fire, put the chocolate pieces with vegetable fat and stir until melted

To prepare the cake mixture in the kneader, put the egg white and beat until the eggs thicken and become icy

In the mixer, put the butter with sugar and beat until mixed, then add the egg yolks and vanilla, then buttermilk, baking soda, baking powder and salt, and beat a little

Then add the chocolate and water and mix a little

Add the flour gradually and mix until the flour is mixed with the rest of the mixture

Add 1/3 of the egg white and mix until the ingredients are mixed

Add the rest of the egg white and mix

Spread the cake mixture evenly on 3 (9 inch) baking trays greased with oil and sprinkled with flour

Put the cake molds into an oven at a temperature of (180) for 30 minutes

To fill the cake, we put the first layer of the cake and spread a quantity of coconut and milk filling on top

We repeat the steps until we get a cake consisting of 3 layers of cake stuffed with a mixture of coconut and milk on the last layer and we spread out a quantity of coconut filling
