Steak burger with onions and gravy sauce ..
Enjoy with your family the taste of a dish of wonderful and delicious meat
recipes, and prepare at home the best, easy and fast foods with a taste and no
better than it and serve it alongside vegetables or potatoes
* Ingredients :
° Ground meat: 500 grams
° Eggs: 1 piece
° Rusk: 1/4 cup (plain)
° Black pepper: a quarter of a teaspoon
° Salt: half a teaspoon
° Garlic powder: half a teaspoon
° Onion powder: half a teaspoon
° Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
° Onions: 1 cup (finely chopped)
° Flour: 2 tablespoons
° Meat broth: 1 cup
° Vinegar: a tablespoon
° Salt: half a teaspoon (for the sauce)
* How to prepare :
Mix the ground meat, egg, pepper, salt,
garlic powder, and onion powder.
Creat balls & spread them with
medium-thicken haand, size a burger .
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium
heat and fry the burgers in it on each side for 4 minutes, until they are
browned and cooked, then remove the burger from the skillet and leave it aside
in a plate.
In the same saucepan, add onions, sprinkle
flour on top, and stir for a minute.
Join meeat broth & salt & let
mixture until it boiils, and minimize heat also let for 5 min until broth
thickens & onions soften.
Return the burger to the pan, cover and
leave the mixture on low heat for 5 minutes.
Place the burgers, sauce and onions in a
serving dish and serve alongside salad or mashed potatoes as desired
