PAULA DEEN’S 5-Minute Fudge – Who Can Resist ?

 


When the marshmallows are melted and the mixture is homogeneous, add ½ cup of colored mini marshmallows (white me), stir for a few seconds and pour into the mold.

 

* Ingredients:

 

 

° 2/3 cup  Carnation Evaporated Milk

° 1 2/3 cup sugar

° ½ tsp. tsp  salt

° 1 ½ cup  mini marshmallows

° 1 ½ cup chocolate chips

° 1 C. tsp vanilla

° ½ cup  mini white marshmallows

 

 

* Instructions:

 

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the Carnation Evaporated Milk, sugar and salt.

Heat to boiling point and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat, add the marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla.

Stir for 1 or 2 minutes or until the marshmallows are melted.

Pour into a 9-inch  square pan, previously buttered.

Cool and cut into pieces.

Variant:
