This Peach Pretzel Salad Dessert is a fresh mix of soft, tangy peaches, whipped toppings, peach gelatin, and cream cheese, all in salty pretzel crusts. It's the right taste balance! Peach pretzel jello salad is a magnificent, simple to make a peach dessert that's the hit for every summer gathering!
IT NEEDS A FEW INGREDIENTS WHICH MOST PEOPLE ALREADY HAVE IN THEIR HOME!
- FOR THE Crust, I USED:
-2 C.Of crushed pretzels.
-3/4 C.Of melted unsalted butter.
-2 T.Of White sugar.
-1 T.Of ground cinnamon.
-1/4 t.Of Ground nutmeg.
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 2 cans Of peaches pat dry.
- 1 container.Of -8oz- Of frozen whipped package.
- 1 PKG.Of -6oz- Of peach-jello.
- 1 PKG.Of -8oz- Of cream cheese at room temperature.
- 2 C.Of boiling water.
- 1/2 C.Of White sugar.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Step 1- Preheat the oven to 400oF and use nonstick spray to grease a 13-9-inch baking dish.
- Step 2- Combine the crushed pretzels with melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium dish. Stir in the melted butter, then blend properly.
- Step 3- Move the pretzel mixture to the baking dish and squeeze it carefully into an even plate. Bake for AROUND 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Step 4- Cream together the cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl, then gently add in the whipped topping.
- Step 5- Spread the mixture over the refrigerated crust, then cool for 1 hour or until set.
- Step 6- Combine the jello packet with the boiling water in another bowl and stir well until completely dissolved. Let the room temperature cool down.
- Step 7- Place the peach slices on top of the cream cheese layer of the cake, then gently spread the gelatin over the cream cheese layer.
- Step 8- For 2 to 3 hours refrigerate until the gelatin is set. Then you can serve it.
