All you need is the type of ice cream you
prefer and you can add nuts, fruit, cream, or a combination of all of them, and
the following recipes will tell you exactly what to do and how to make ice
cream cake
* the ingredients :
° Ice cream sandwich with chocolate,
vanilla or fruit (to taste).
° A whipping cream prepared by whipping it
with a few drops of milk or water.
° Half a cup of sugar with half a cup of
water in addition to a spoonful of lemon juice to prepare caramel.
° Amount of nuts (to taste)
* Preparation :
First, caramel is prepared by mixing sugar
with water in a suitable saucepan and putting it on the stove, and when the
mixture starts to boil, we wait until it becomes thicker, then we add lemon
juice and remove it from the heat and wait until it cools.
In a cake pan, place butter sheets so that
it is easy to separate the ice cream cake from the pan.
Half of the ice cream sandwich pieces in a
mold as a first layer, then we distribute an appropriate amount of cream, then
a little caramel and nuts, and repeat the matter in several layers (as
desired).
Leave the mold in the fridge for a few
hours, then remove it, separate the cake from it, and serve directly.
