These brownies are always soft and tender,
and always a hit!
* Ingredients:
° 1/2 cup butter
° 1 cup of sugar
° 2 eggs
° 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
° 1/3 cup cocoa
° 1/2 cup flour
° 1/4 tsp. salt
° 1/4 small spoon bakiing powdeer
++ Icing :
° 2 tbsp. soft butter
° 2 tbsp. cocoa
° 1 C. of honey
° 1 C. teaspoon vanilla extract
° 1 cup icing sugar
* Preparation steps:
Preheated oven 350 ° F (180 ° C). Butter
and flour a 20 cm square mold.
In a pot, dissole 1/2 cup butter. Remove
from the heat and add the sugar, eggs and 1 tbsp. of vanilla. Add 1/3 cup of
cocoa, 1/2 cup of flour, salt and baking powder. Pour the batter into the mold.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Prepare the icing: mix the butter, cocoa,
honey, vanilla and icing sugar. Cover the brownies with this syrup while they
are hot.
