Amish cinnamon bread

 


 

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Pour the remaining dough (obtained from the sourdough recipe) into a container and add:

 

 

 

° 2 eggs

 

° 1 cup of oil

 

° 1/3 cup of milk

 

° 1 cup of sugar

 

° 1 1/2 small spoon vanilla

 

° 2 large spoon cinnamon

 

° 1/2 small spoon baking powder

 

° 1/2 small spoon salt

 

° 1/2 small spoon baking soda

 

° 2 cups of flour

 

° 1 to 2 boxes of instant pudding (flavor of your choice)

 

° 1 cup of nuts or raisins (optional)

 

 

 

2) Grease two large loaf tins.

 

 

3) In another container, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon. of cinnamon. Sprinkle the greased mussels.

 

4) Pour the dough into the molds and sprinkle the top with the remaining sugar – cinnamon

 

5) Bake for an hour. Check the doneness by inserting a knife blade in the center of the loaves which should come out dry.
