* the ingredients :
° 475 grams red berries
° 475 grams blackberries
° 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
° 6 pieces croissants, mixed into cubes
° 2 1/2 cups whipping cream
° 1/4 cup butter, dissolved
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon From vanilla
° 3 beads white

Both berries are stirred with brown sugar.
Leave the berry mixture aside.

sugar beads.

The croissant is dipped in the custard,

then grill until cooked.
