BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING

* the ingredients :

 

° 475 grams red berries

° 475 grams blackberries

° 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

° 6 pieces croissants, mixed into cubes

° 2 1/2 cups whipping cream

° 1/4 cup butter, dissolved

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° 1 teaspoon From vanilla

° 3 beads white

° 1 cup sugar beads

 

* How to prepare:

Both berries are stirred with brown sugar. Leave the berry mixture aside.

Heat up the grill.

Place the croissants on a baking tray and toast in the oven until they are light golden in color.

In a saucepan, bring the cream to a light boil, with salt and vanilla.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar beads.

Add the cream mixture, then the butter.

The croissant is dipped in the custard, then left to infuse until the custard absorbs.

Add the softened berry mixture and mix.

Transfer the mixture to aluminum foil and then grill until cooked.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and grill inside the oven grill to give the face a golden color.
